I got tagged to do this meme where I list 16 random facts about me and I started to do this topic for it but then I realized it was like way too long for that so it became it's own entry.
I save all my movie ticket stubs and I even have a ticket stub diary. However I only have tickets from movies that I've seen since 2004.* Here is a list of the movies I have ticket stubs from: Secret Window, Shrek 2, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, Finding Neverland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Flightplan, Serenity, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Brokeback Mountain**, Poseidon, Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest, Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and My Bloody Valentine. I also have my tickets to the Gay Pride film festival I went to in Bloomington and I have one non-movie ticket in there from the time I saw Margaret Cho live (which was so freaking awesome!)
*I had a bunch of tickets from before but they didn't have the actual names of the movies on them so I threw them away. We didn't get tickets with the movie names on them till we got our big new movie theater that can show 8 whole movies at a time. Before that we had two movie theaters that could show only 5 movies between them. One of the movie theaters that closed down is a church now. I shit you not, it's a freaking church!
**I went to Evansville to see this movie only to have the local theater get it here later after it was a huge box office hit. I honestly didn't think they would get it at all back then but I guess the lure of big bucks trumped our wholesome small town values.
