Crazy cat mommy needs some help with her computer

I need help from people who are more computer literate than me. The top bar thing, that says File and Edit and Tools and all that is missing fromt he top of my internet explorer screen. I want it back but I don't know how to do that. Plus I can't open more than one window at a time. Somebody tell me how to fix it please.

P.S. I bought this picture frame from Big Lots today that says "Sisters" on it and I put a picture of my girls in it and it's the bestest thing ever!
