As there wasn't a whole lot of characterization for Salazar on Trial by Jury (at least not that I saw) I'm afriad he wound up being somewhat Miguel-like in this. Not the crazy, fucked up Miguel but cocky Miguel.

Brian Cassidy was trying to cool off in the showers after working out with his partner Hector Salazar. He had been working for the D.A's office for two weeks now and the temptation to jump his partner was threatening to overwhelm him. Working out next to the man had been excruciating and he'd cut off his workout claiming he was too exhausted from working that week. He'd ran into the showers and turned on the cold water.
"This is ridiculous," he thought. "I've fallen for my partner again."
He heard the door close and looked up to see a very naked Hector Salazar walking into the shower.

"You okay?"

"You shy or something Cassidy?"

Salazar chuckled at his reply. "If you're ashamed of your body or something you shouldn't be."

"I've wanted you since day one Brian."

"Well I figure we should at least be on a first name basis before I fuck you." Salazar answered.
Then Salazar kissed him, both hands holding Brians head. Brian kissed back, his hands going around Salazar's waist.
When the kiss ended Brian said, "So should I call you Hector then?"
"You can call me whatever you want baby."
And then they were kissing again, as Hector backed him into the shower wall it occurred to Brian that they were in a very public place.
Pulling away from Hector he said, "Someone could come in."
"Nobody's here. Besides I locked the door."
"Awfully sure of ourselves aren't we?"
"You know it."
Hector kissed Brian again, hand sliding down and gripping the other man's erection.
"Come on baby." Hector said, taking Brian's hand and wrapping it around his own cock. They stroked each other. Their moans joining the sounds of water running and flesh sliding over flesh.
