"Breathe" by Melissa Etheridge makes me think of Beecher, particularly these lines:
I'm alright, I'm alright. It only hurts when I breathe.
Also "Back to Good" by Matchbox Twenty makes me think of the whole damn show, especially these lines:
Everyone here's to blame
Everyone here gets caught up in the pleasure of the pain
Everyone here hides shades of shame
But looking inside were the same, were the same
Yes, I'm well aware of the fact that I need help.
I was watching a rerun of Criminal Intent the other day and they had this guy who killed his lover's husband to be with her. She said that her husband was a man and her lover was just a boy. He said in response that he had done so much more for her than her husband and "I killed your man!" Now some people might consider it a big romantic gesture to kill for them but only if you kill someone they want dead. Killing someone they didn't want killed could be taken badly. The whole "Suprise honey I killed your husband gag" just never seems to work out. Remember you should really ask first if they would be okay with you kiling their husband. It's only polite.
Now if you'll excuse me I have Ryan/Miguel fic by
