I just watched "Mr. Spritz Goes to Washington" which was the Simpsons episode that got Fox News panties in a bunch. They threatened to sue if they didn't cut the segment from the episode. The Simpsons producers refused and Fox News backed down but told The Simpsons creators "that in the future, cartoon series will not be allowed to include a news crawl along the bottom of the screen, which might confuse the viewers." Really Fox News? Are your viewers that stupid that they could be watching a cartoon and confuse it for the real news?
